يمثل الكتاب المدرسي وسيلة تعليمية لا تزال تحظى بمكانة هامة في العملية التربوية، والكتاب المدرسي الرقمي هو الشكل المتطور لهذا الكتاب، جاء نتيجة للعديد من العوامل أهمها الثورة الرقمية، وتم البدء في تطبيقه في الكثير من دول العالم من بينها فرنسا. وفي هذا المقال سيتم التطرق للكتاب المدرسي الرقمي بالتركيز على الدواعي النظرية لتطبيقه والعوائق التي تقف دون ذلك في ضوء التجربة الفرنسية في هذا الإطار.

The textbook is an educational means that still enjoys an important position in the educational process. The digital textbook is the sophisticated format of this book. It appeared as a result of several    factors ; the most important  of  them is the digital revolution. Many countries started applying it ; among them France. In this article, we will discuss the digital textbook  focusing on the theoretical reasons for  and the impediment to applying it in the light of the French experiment in this framework
