أسس الصراع السياسي المجسد من خلال الانتخابات البلدية دراسة ميدانية في بئر العاتر – ولاية تبسة
Résumé
تهدف هذه الدراسة السوسيوأنثروبولوجية إلى إبراز ظاهرة العصبية القبلية في بلدية بئر العاتر، باعتبارها أهم الأسس التي تقوم عليها السلطة السياسية المحلية، وذلك من خلال العملية الانتخابية التي تعتبر أحد أهم أوجه الصراع بين الأقسام القرابية، والذي يظهر بوضوح عملية مراعاة التوازن في توزيع المناصب والمراكز، وكذا انتقال العمادة بين هذه الأنساق أو الأقسام القرابية.
This Socio-anthropological study aims to highlight the phenomenon of tribalism açabiat in Bir elater municipality, as the most important pillar of the local political power, through the electoral process, which is one of the most important aspects of the conflict between the kinship parts, and it clearly shows the process of taking into account the balance in the distribution of positions and status as well as Headman transmission between these kinship parts.
