Résumé

The currency or money is the mean used by people in their deals .And because of its importance ,only the State has the right to define its value in order to provide the confidence it should have to play its role in the economic society.
The researchers in the punishment field agreed on the fact that the falsification is one of the most dangerous crimes which threatens the policy and economy of any country. For this reason The Algerian legislature decided to apply the highest punishment on all persons who comet to this crime which according to the recent national statistics has obviously raised , the result of which is the false currency arrested annually.
