Résumé

 Changement into e-government is too important in administration reforms notions ; which means giving up with traditional forms of public service but to virtual alternative in light of digital era. According to " contact but don't move" citation ;e-government is simply the ability of central or local governmental administration to run electronically the whole of dealings.In fact , it's to be in three (03 ) ways; from government to government , from government to citizen or from government to businessmen .It aims as much as possible to make transparency, accountability, questionability and responsiveness which set up good local governance bases .
Taking U.S.A as an example , we try -through this study- to highlight on the role ofe-government struggle against corruption but also how it could set up anti-corruption mechanism in addition
